Welcome! As real estate investors, it’s exceptionally important for us to stay on top of current market property values and rental income, which is why I developed this website.
Question & Answers
What information is included? Averages. Including year built, building square foot, list price, days on market, number of properties leased/sold, actual leased/sold price & price per square foot.
How often are they updated? Quarterly. Our goal is to post the new stats during the first week following the end of each quarter.
How accurate are they? As close as we can get them, without drilling down into a specific property. If you would like an analysis on a specific property, please feel free to contact me.
How are the stats broken down? A major driving factor for Single-family property value is school district. Therefore these properties are broken down by specific high schools, then by specific subdivision. (note: some subdivisions are zoned to multiple high schools) While duplex values are defined by zip code.
